摘　　要：儿童青少年屈光发育不正是全球重要的公共卫生问题之一,纵向研究有助于认识屈光不正的发生发展规律。研究表明,不同地区儿童青少年屈光发育存在差异。综述了世界范围内多中心的儿童屈光发育纵向研究及屈光发育现状和进展情况,旨在为屈光不正的防治提供科学依据。Refractive error of children and adolescents is one of the major public health problems in the world.Longitudinal study is beneficial to understand the nature of refractive error. It has been suggested that children and adolescents from different areas present various characteristics of refractive development. This paper reviews longitudinal studies on refractive development and compares current situations and advances of refractive development in the multi-centers all over the world,which provides scientific basis for prevention of refractive error.
