普洱茶胶囊对萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜中CDX2及SOX2蛋白表达水平的研究

摘　　要：目的比较观察组及对照组治疗前后CDX2及SOX2蛋白水平的表达情况,探讨普洱茶对萎缩性胃炎粘膜病理中的作用。方法选择组织病理学诊断为慢性萎缩性胃炎患者120例,随机分成观察组及对照组,每组60例,观察组所有患者均口服普洱茶胶囊380mg(2粒),4次/d,口服6个月,对照组治疗服用安慰剂2粒,4次/d,口服6个月,采用免疫组化染色法检测两组治疗前后的胃粘膜中CDX2及SOX2蛋白的表达情况。结果 CDX2蛋白在观察组及对照组中治疗前的阳性表达率分别为76.67%、66.67%(P>0.05);治疗后观察组及对照组阳性表达率分别为56.67%、80%(P<0.05)。观察组中服用普洱茶胶囊前后CDX2的表达情况的统计学比较P=0.032(P<0.05)。SOX2蛋白在观察组及对照组中治疗前的阳性表达率分别为66.67%、63.33%(P>0.05);治疗后观察组及对照组SOX2蛋白阳性表达率分别为83.33%、58.33%(P<0.05)。观察组中服用普洱茶胶囊前后SOX2蛋白的表达情况统计学比较P=0.032(P<0.05)。结论观察组与服用普洱茶胶囊后CDX2及SOX2蛋白表达水平具有明显差异,从而推测普洱茶胶囊在防止慢性萎缩性胃炎恶变中可能具有一定作用。Objective To investigate the role of Pu＇er tea at pathology of mucosa in chronic atrophic gastritis,the expression of CDX2 and SOX2 protein before and after treatment in the group of observation and control were compared. Methods 120 patients who were diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis by pathological examination were selected and divided into observation group and the control equally. The observation group took 380mg（two capsules）of Pu＇er tea capsules per time,three times a day for 6 months. The control group took placebo instead.The expression of CDX2 and SOX2 were detected by immunohistochemistry in two groups before and after treatment respectively.Results The positive expression rate of CDX2 in the observation group and control group before treatment was respectively 76.67% and 66.67%（P〉0.05）;the positive expression rate of CDX2 in the observation group and control group after treatment was respectively 56.67% and 80%（P〈0.05）; in observation group by the treatment of Pu＇er tea capsules,it showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate of SOX2 in the observation group and control group before treatment was respectively 66.67% and 63.33%（P〉0.05）;the positive expression rate of SOX2 in the observation group and control group after treatment was respectively 83.33% and 58.33%（P〈0.05）; in observation group by the treatment of Pu＇er tea capsules,it showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of CDX2 and SOX2 shows significant difference by the treatment of Pu＇er tea capsules. Then we speculated that Pu＇er tea capsules plays a certain role in the malignant transformation of astropic gastritis.
