低剂量螺旋CT在颌面外伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的临床分析低剂量螺旋CT在颌面外伤中应用效果,分析图像质量。方法选取我院2016月1月至2016年7月收治的22例受检者,给予常规剂量CT扫描,对于骨折区,给予低剂量螺旋CT扫描,两名医师对图像质量进行盲法评价。结果经过分析后得知,低剂量CT扫描,骨窗图像质量和常规剂量扫面,图像对比无明显差异,能够满足诊断需求(P>0.05)。结论在颌面外伤检测中,使用低剂量螺旋CT扫描,可确保图像质量,保护好患者,值得临床推广运用。Objective To analyze the effect of low dose spiral CT in maxillofacial trauma and analyze the image quality. Methods 22 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from January to July 2016 were treated with routine dose CT scanning, and the low dose spiral CT scanning was administered to the fracture area, and the image quality was evaluated by two doctors. Results After the analysis, it was found that low dose CT scanning, bone window image quality and conventional dose scanning, no significant difference in image contrast, can meet the diagnostic requirements （P〉0.05）. Conclusion in the detection of maxillofacial trauma, low dose spiral CT scanning can be used to ensure the quality of the image and protect the patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
