编码测验及符号搜索测验作为认知内表型的稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的探索编码测验、数字符号编码测验及符号搜索测验作为认知内表型的稳定性。方法从重庆市主城区募集6-16岁的双生子,共募集122对双生子,用数字符号编码测验及符号搜索测验对双生子进行认知功能测定。并采取双生子颊黏膜标本以提取DNA进行卵型鉴定。分析三个测试的得分情况,评估双生子两个个体分值的相关系数。结果最终有卵型鉴定结果的双生子共102对,同卵双生子组（以下用MZ表示）和异卵双生子组（以下用DZ表示）的年龄及性别分布无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,MZ组及DZ组编码测验、cording B及searching B相关系数分别为0.687和0.433,0.837和0.820,0.776和0.678,结果显示均有显著相关（P〈0.05）,且三个测验结果相关系数MZ组高于DZ组。结论韦氏儿童智力测试中编码测验及韦氏儿童智力测试第三版中的数字符号编码测验、符号搜索测验所反应的信息处理速度和启动过程以及随机自由回忆和线索性回忆功能受遗传影响较大,适合作为认知内表型的指标。Objective To explore the stability of the encoding test and the digital symbol encoding test and the symbol search test as a cognitive endophenotype. Methods A total of 122 pairs of twins aged 6 to 16 years old who lived in Chongqing were recruited. The encoding test and the digital symbol encoding test and the symbol search test were applied to 122 twin pairs. We took the twin buccal mucosa specimens to extract DNA for the egg type identification. The scores of three tests were analyzed, the correlation coefficient of two individual in twins was evaluated. Results There were 102 pairs of twins with determine result of egg type, the distribution in the age and sex between monozygotic twins（MZ） and dizygotic twins（DZ） were not significantly different（P〉0.05）. The correlation coefficient of coding test, cording B and searching B in MZ group were more remarkable than that in DZ group, the correlation coefficient respectively was respectively 0.687 and 0.433, 0.837 and 0.820, 0.776 and 0.678. The results showed that there were significant correlation（P〈0.05）, and the correlation coefficient of the three test results of the MZ group was higher than that of the DZ group. Conclusion The information processing speed and start could be test by coding test in Wechsler intelligence test and digit symbol coding test in Wechsler Intelligence Test Third Edition of digital symbol encoding test, and the random recall and cue recall function could be test by symbol search test in Wechsler Intelligence Test Third Edition of digital symbol encoding test. All the three functions were greatly influenced by genetic, so we could conclude that three tests were suitable to be used as indicators of a cognitive endophenotype.
