奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、丽珠得乐四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、丽珠得乐四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法入选的200例研究对象为2007年1月-2014年1月确诊的消化性溃疡患者,经胃镜检查确诊,采取随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各100例,治疗组予奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、丽珠得乐四联疗法治疗,对照组予雷米替丁、阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、丽珠得乐治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及HP根除率、复发率。结果观察组治疗后总有效率96.0%,显著高于对照组治疗后总有效率70.0%,观察组治疗后的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后Hp根除率96.0%,显著高于对照组治疗后的Hp根除率80.0%,观察组治疗后的复发率3.0%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林、左氧氟沙星、丽珠得乐四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡有较好的疗效,安全性好,复发率低,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and levofloxacin,Lizhudele in threatment of Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Methods 200 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer from January 2007 to January 2014 were selected and diagnosed by endoscopy,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,each group 100 cases,treatment group was given omeprazole combined with amoxicillin, levofloxacin,Lizhudele quadruple therapy,the control group was treated with ranitidine, amoxicillin and levofloxacin, Lizhudele,the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment and HP eradication rate,recurrence rate were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group,the total effective rate was 70.0%, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was significan（P〈0.05）.The eradication rate of Hp was 96.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.0%,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.0%,was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole combined with amoxicillin and levofloxacin, Lizhudele Quadruple therapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive digestion ulcer have good curative effect,is safety,low recurrence rate,it is worth popularization and application.
