摘  要:目的探讨尿轻链κ和NAG测定在肿瘤化疗患者肾功能早期损伤的意义及其临床应用。方法选择肿瘤患者化疗2周以上146例及40例健康对照者,同时检测尿mAlb、NAG、轻链κ、IgG及TRF,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果尿轻链κ、NAG的结果均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),并随病程发展而增高,而尿IgG、TRF与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论尿轻链κ和NAG对肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤具有重要的诊断意义,可作为肿瘤化疗患者肾损伤的监测指标。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of light chain(κ)and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in detecting early renal fuction impairment caused by cancer chemotherapy.Methods Selection of chemotherapy for more than2 weeks in 146 cases and 40 cases of normal controls,the combining detection of mAlb,NAG,kappa,IgG and TRF,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The results of urine light chain(κ)and NAG were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),and increased with the progression of the disease,but urinary IgG,TRF no significant difference from the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Urinary light chain kappa and NAG on tumor chemotherapy in patients with early renal damage has important diagnostic value,can be used as a monitoring index of tumor chemotherapy in patients with renal injury.
