浅谈特高压输电工程铁塔物资供应管理新模式

摘　　要：近年来,随着特高压工程的全面推广和建设,冀北电力有限公司原有电力工程铁塔物资供应管理模式越来越不适应特高压工程的管理节奏。文章以锡盟—山东1000k V特高压输电工程(锡山特高压输电工程)铁塔物资供应管理为例,从物资合同前端管理、物资供应计划管理、"两个现场"信息沟通等环节阐述了为切实提高铁塔物资供应管理工作效率所采取的管理新模式及工作成效。In recent years, with the comprehensive generalization and construction of extra-high voltage project, the original electric power tower supply system of State Grid Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd. is more and more discordant to the steps of extra-high voltage project. In the paper, taking the Ximeng-Shandong 1000 k V extra-high voltage project as an example, we elucidate the new management strategy to improve the efficiency of electric power tower supply system from front management and plan management of materials supply, and ＂two project site＂information communication.
