摘 要:目的探讨医学院校开展药理学循证医学教学模式可行性分析及循证医学教学模式效果评价。方法选择2008年9月-2015年12月期间药学专业本科生80名,药理学专业研究生40名,根据随机分配的原则,将本科生、研究生组分别分为对照组和实验组,本科生组对照组和实验组分别40名,研究生组对照组、实验组分别为20名。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采取循证医学教学模式。通过调查问卷、理论考试和药理案例分析考核方法进行研究。结果本科生实验组有兴趣人数与课程开始时相比有显著性差异(χ^2=7.168,P=0.007);课程结束时对照组和实验组相比,有显著性差异(χ^2=5.000,P=0.025)。研究生实验组有兴趣人数与课程开始时相比有显著性差异(χ^2=4.800,P=0.028);课程结束时对照组和实验组相比,有显著性差异(χ^2=4.800,P=0.028)。本科生实验组和研究生实验组对药理学学习兴趣相比,无显著性差异(χ^2=0.208,P=0.648)。本科生对照组理论考试成绩和实验组相比有显著性差异(t=-4.568,P〈0.001);本科生对照组案例分析成绩和实验组相比也有显著性差异(t=-2.665,P=0.009)。研究生对照组理论考试成绩和实验组相比有显著性差异(t=-5.342,P〈0.001);研究生对照组案例分析成绩实验组相比也有显著性差异(t=-3.760,P〈0.001)。本科生实验组和研究生实验组理论考试成绩相比,有显著性差异(t=-3.245,P=0.002);本科生实验组和研究生实验组案例分析成绩相比,也有显著性差异(t=-2.369,P=0.021)。结论循证医学教学模式分别可以增加本科生和研究生对药理学的兴趣,能明显提高药理学理论考试和案例分析考核成绩,研究生教学效果优于本科生。Objective To explore the feasibility analysis and effect evaluation of teaching model of pharmacological evidence based medicine in medical university. Methods 80 undergraduates of pharmacology and 40 graduates of pharmacology from September 2008 to December 2015 were selected and randomly respectively divided into control group and experimental group, 40 students in each group in undergraduates and 20 in each group in graduates. Students in the control group were under traditional teaching mode, and students in experimental group were under evidence based medicine teaching mode. The teaching effects were assessed by questionnaire form and theoretical exams as well as analysis of pharmaceutical cases. Results Compared with the beginning of the course, more undergraduates in the experimental group became interested(χ^2=7.168, P=0.007). At the end of the course, compared the control group and the experimental group, there were significant differences(χ^2=5.000, P=0.025).
