白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的疗效分析。方法 2012年6月-2015年6月期间,于我院收治的急性闭角型青光眼（APACG）合并白内障患者中,随机选取82例均分两组进行研究,两组均行白内障超声乳化吸除术和人工晶状体植术,其中对照组联合小梁切除术,而研究组则联合房角分离术,比较其临床疗效。结果研究组临床疗效总有效率（95.12%）,明显高于对照组（85.37%）,差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组视力、眼压、中央房前深度预后恢复情况,明显优于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合房角分离术,对APACG合并白内障患者视觉改善,有着积极的临床效果,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with atrial angle separation in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 82 patients with acute angle closure glaucoma（APACG） with cataract patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups, who were in hospital from June 2012 to June 2015. All the two groups were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, and the control group was combined with trabeculectomy, while the study group was treated with the combination of corner separation. The clinical efficacy was compared. Results The total effective rate（95.12%） in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（85.37%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The visual acuity, intraocular pressure（IOP）, the central depth prognosis recovery in front of research group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with atrial angle separation can improve the vision of patients with APACG combined with cataract. It has a positive clinical effect, and it is worthy of further popularization and application.
