腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术在早期前列腺癌治疗中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗早期前列腺癌的临床价值。方法选取我院2010年2月至2016年2月收治的46例早期前列腺癌患者,随机分为两组各23例。对照组患者进行开放性耻骨后前列腺癌根治术,观察组患者进行腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术指标和预后指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为8.7%,显著低于对照组的34.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术治疗早期前列腺癌效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for the treatment of early prostate cancer. Methods 46 patients with early prostate cancer in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received open radical retropubic prostatectomy, while the observation group received laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results The surgical indicators and prognostic indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （all P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of observation group was 8.7%, significantly lower than 34.8% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for the treatment of early prostate cancer has significant efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
