高校校务公开及其现实意义探析

摘　　要：校务公开是高校一种重要的制度,是减少高校腐败现象滋生的手段,是民主管理、依法治校的体现。校务公开既能体现师生的知情权、参与权,也能体现广大师生的监督权,是师生参与高校管理的途径。因此,高校领导以及师生应该对校务公开有深刻的认识,科学制定校务公开制度并严格落实,以促使学校事业健康持续发展。Transparency in university affairs,as an important system in colleges,is a means of reducing corruption in universities,and also reflects democratic management and law-based university administration.It not only keeps teachers and students informed of university affairs and provides them with access to university affairs,but also makes university affairs under scrutiny by teachers and students,so it is a channel for teachers and students to participate in university management.Therefore,university leaders and teachers and students should have a deep understanding of transparency in university affairs,formulate scientific and strict regulations for it,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of universities.
