高校基础课教师挂牌教学管理中存在的问题及应对措施

摘　　要：针对高校基础课教师挂牌上课产生的一系列教学管理问题,本文展开了相关研究。本文认为目前在高校基础课教师挂牌上课过程中存在教师挂牌学生选课教学管理经验不足、师资力量缺乏、学生缺乏学习积极主动性等三方面原因,并分别从创新教学管理、创新课堂管理、创新课堂组织等三方面探讨了解决对策。In view of the problems on teaching management in college foundation courses teachers＇ labelling teaching,this paper carries out a study.We summarize three factors causing the current problems,including a lack of experience in the specific operation,a shortage in teaching staff,and students＇ lack of enthusiasm and initiative in learning.We also explore the coping strategies from the innovation of teaching management and class management,and the optimization of class organization.
