适应学分制改革的医学生班级管理模式探究——以大理大学为例

摘　　要：学分制的全面实施,带来的不仅仅是教育理念的转变,还给学生工作,尤其是传统班级管理带来了极大的冲击和挑战。优化班级管理是学生工作适应学分制改革的最佳切入点。本文结合大理大学现行学分制的实际情况,对医学生班级管理问题进行了深入的探讨和实践,提出了以强化纪律为基础,以学风建设为主线,以增强班级凝聚力和群体约束力为保障,优化医学生班级管理的方法对策。The full implementation of the credit system not only brings about changes in educational ideas,but also exerts great impacts and challenges on student affairs,especially traditional class management.The optimization of class management is the best starting point for student affairs to adapt to the reform of credit system.Combined with the current situation of credit system in Dali University,this paper makes an in-depth study and practice of class management for medical students,and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize class management for medical students,such as strengthening regulation construction,establishing a good learning style,enhancing class cohesion and group binding.
