摘　　要：企业技术能力的本质是胜任技术任务和完成技术目标的可靠性、独特性和有效性。企业技术能力形成与发展的一般机制,是通过企业技术活动的发生和改变,从而形成、调整、构成企业技术范式和企业技术共同体,并不断形成企业技术范式和企业技术共同体的新的耦合关联体系。The essence of enterprise technical ability is up to technical task and the reliability,uniqueness,and effectiveness in arriving at the technical target.The general mechanism of formation and development of the enterprise technical ability,is through the rising and changing of the enterprise technical activities,thus forming and adjusting the enterprise technology paradigm and technical community,and constantly forming new coupling system between the technology paradigm and the technical community.
