摘　　要：企业由小到大是一个逐步发展的过程,技术系统的变革过程是贯穿其中的关键主线之一。基于企业成长和技术系统演化的有关理论,对企业的技术发展历程——从技术模仿到技术集成创新再到技术自主创新,及其技术创新发展战略的确定,实施进行了探究。在杰出公司技术系统变革成功经验的基础之上,结合我国企业实情,针对我国企业的技术演化进程提出了可供借鉴的建议和对策。enterprise steeled is a process of gradual development and change process of technology system is through the key one of the main line.This paper based on the theory of enterprise growth and technology system evolution,the enterprise technology development process,from imitation to innovation and technology integration to technology innovation,and technological innovation development strategy determined implementation of the inquiry.Based on the successful experience of Exceptional Companies technology system reform,combined with the fact of our country,the paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the technological evolution of Chinese enterprises.
