高管变动对公司绩效的影响——对自然人控股创业板高新技术企业的思考

摘　　要：采用2010~2014年数据,对自然人控股创业板上市公司及高新技术企业进行分析,实证检验总经理变动与否及其变动次数对公司绩效的影响。研究结果表明,公司总经理变动与否及其变动次数均对公司绩效显著负影响,其中总经理的变动次数对高新技术企业绩效变动率影响尤为明显。因此,对高新技术企业来说,总经理的稳定是十分必要的。Based on the quarterly data from 2010 to 2014,analyze the natural persons holding GEM listed companies and high-tech enterprises,this research verifies the changing or not and changing number of the general manager on the impact of company performance,results prove that,the changes general manager and its changes number of company have significant negative impact on performance.The changing number of the general manager have obviously effect on rate change of the high-tech enterprise performance.Therefore,For high-tech enterprises,the stability of the general manager is very necessary.
