摘　　要：通过比较国内外物流类人才培养模式的不同,分析国内物流类专业学生卓越能力培养存在的缺陷,总结了物流专业学生卓越能力培养基本模式,对完善物流专业学生卓越能力培养模式提出了建议,同时分析了物流管理专业学生卓越能力培养的激励保障机制。By comparing the difference between domestic and international training pattern for logistics majored students and analyzing the defects in domestic outstanding ability training system for logistics majored students,the basic training pattern was concluded.We proposed the suggestions that can improve outstanding ability training pattern for logistics majored students, and analyzed the encourage-guarantee mechanism for the outstanding ability training system.
