腧穴配伍与配穴辨析

摘　　要：腧穴配伍与配穴的概念含糊不清,使用上有混淆之嫌。鉴于此,通过查阅古今文献并结合临床研究,笔者认为腧穴配伍的概念是基于中医理论,在针灸选穴原则的指导下,结合临床和腧穴主治特性,选择2个或2个以上作用相同的腧穴进行配伍,发挥腧穴的协同增效作用,以达到特定治疗效果,提高临床疗效;而配穴的概念是相对主穴而言,是针对辨证或兼症选取的腧穴,与主穴共同构成针灸处方。The concept of the Acupoints compatibility and the adjuvant point is not clear and definite,the use is also confused. For this purpose,we check out the ancient and modern literature,combination with the clinical research,Acupoints compatibility is based on the concept of Chinese medicine theory,under the guidance of the principles of acupuncture choosing two or more points with the same functions to be compatible,in order to achieve a specific treatment effect,and improve clinical curative effect.
