摘　　要：目的探讨消炎痛栓对胆总管结石术后患者血清糖链抗原19-9(CA19-9)和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平影响。方法选取浙江省海宁市人民医院普外三科胆总管结石术后患者74例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组37例术前不给予消炎痛栓治疗,治疗组37例术前1 h采用消炎痛栓直肠给药治疗,术前、术后1、3 d采用流式细胞仪测定CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞水平,测定血清CA19-9和CEA水平,同时记录临床症状缓解时间。结果治疗组肠鸣缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间及压痛减轻时间显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后1、3 d的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组术后1、3 d的CRP、CA19-9和CEA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用消炎痛栓能降低胆总管结石术后患者血清CA19-9和CEA水平,提高免疫状态,缩短恢复时间。Objective To investigate the effect of indomethacin suppository on the serum CA19-9 and CEA levels in postoperative patients with common bile duct calculi. Methods A total of 74 postoperative patients with common bile duct calculi from department of general surgery in Haining people＇ s hospital were collected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 37 in each group. The CD3^＋ , CD4^＋, CD8^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and NK cell levels were detected by flow eytometry pre-surgery and one and three days post-surgery, the serum CA19-9 and CEA levels were detected and clinical symptom remission time were recorded. Results The remission time of borborygmus, abdominal distension and tenderness in experimental group were lower than the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and NK cell levels in experimental group were higher than the control group after 1 d and 3 d operation（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the C RP, CA19-9 and CEA levels were lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The indomethacin suppository could reduce serum CA19-9 and CEA levels in the treatment of the postoperative patients with common bile duct calculi, improve immune status and shorten the reeovery time.
