天麻素对硬膜外麻醉下宫颈癌根治术患者术后认知功能障碍的影响及S100β蛋白变化

摘　　要：目的探讨天麻素对硬膜外麻醉下宫颈癌根治术患者术后认知功能障碍及S100β蛋白的影响。方法选取2013年8月~2014年10月浙江省宁波市第一医院妇科以宫颈癌为诊断的患者78例,根据随机数字表法分为2组：对照组39例,术后予临床常规治疗;实验组39例,术后在常规治疗基础上加用天麻素注射液。比较2组患者治疗前后认知功能、血清S100β蛋白水平及免疫功能。结果 2组硬膜外麻醉下宫颈癌根治术患者术后均出现认知功能障碍,与对照组同期比较,实验组患者血清中S100β的浓度水平在术后1、3、7 d时显著低于对照组,MMSE评分在术后1、3、7 d时明显高于对照组,CD4^＋、CD8^＋在术后1、3、7 d明显高于对照组,CD4^＋/CD8^＋在术后1、3 d显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论天麻素能够改善硬膜外麻醉下宫颈癌根治术患者的认知功能障碍,降低血清S100β蛋白浓度水平,提高免疫功能,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of gastrodin on cognitive dysfunction and S10013 protein after radical operation of cervical carcinoma under epidural anesthesia. Methods 78 eases of cervical cancer in our hospital from August 2013 to Oetober 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in the eontrol group, and 39 eases in experimental group. The control group were treated with conventional therapy, the experimental group were treated on the basis of the control group with gastrodin. The cognitive function, serum S10013 protein level and immune function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Two groups of patients with epidural anesthesia for cervical cancer after radical operation of patients had cognitive dysfunction, compared with the control group, the serum level of S100β in the experimental group was lower, and the MMSE score was higher, the levels of CD4^ ＋ , CD8^ ＋ and CD4^ ＋/CD8 ^＋ were higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gastrodin could improve the cognitive function of patients with cervical carcinoma radical resection under epidural anesthesia, reduce serum S10013 protein concentration and improve immune function with higher security.
