优质护理干预对老年听力障碍的听力恢复效果的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨优质护理干预对老年听力障碍的听力恢复效果及其临床应用价值。方法：选取本院于2013年1月～2013年12月的187例接受优质护理干预的老年听力障碍患者的护理资料进行回顾性分析，并与2012年1月～2012年12月接收的164例接受常规护理的老年听力障碍患者的结果进行对比。结果：护理干预后，试验组的纯音气导听阈平均值为37．9±16．7（dBHL），明显低于对照组，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。患者各纯音气导听阈较护理前明显降低（P〈0．05）。护理干预后，试验组患者在安静环境下及噪声环境下的语句识别率较护理前有明显提高（P〈0．05）；且与对照组相比，试验组在在安静环境下及噪声环境下的语句识别率均更高（P〈0．05），经优质护理，试验组中听力障碍伴有心理感受状态不良者占6．42％，有抑郁倾向的比例为8．56％，均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：从康复方式、生理、心理、社会交流等方面人手的优质护理干预的听力恢复效果明显，在实际临床护理中具有重要的参考价值。OBJECTIVE： To study the hearing recovery effect and its clinical value of high qualified nursing intervention of the elderly hearing impairment. METHODS： Nursing data of 187 elderly patients with hearing impairment and underwent high qualified nursing intervention in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. 164 patients who received con- ventional nursing care from January 2012 to December 2012 were compared. RESULTS： After nursing intervention the average pure tone audibility （air conduction） in experimental group was 37.9± 16. 7 （dB HL）, which was significantly lower than that in the con- trol group. There was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The patients with the every pure tone audibility （ air conduc- tion） were significantly decreased after nursing than that before nursing （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with that before nursing, the state- ment recognition rates of the patients under a quiet environment and noisy environment after high qualitied nursing intervention were in- creased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; and compared with those in control group, the statement recognition rates of patients under a quiet environment and noisy environment in experimental group rate were higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The rates of psychological state of feeling bad and depression in the patients with hearing impairment after the high qualified nursing were 6.42% and 8.56% respectively, which were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： The high quality nursing intervention includes the aspects of rehabilitation method, physiological, psychological, social, communication and so on. The effect of hearing recovery is obvious and has an important reference value in the actual clinical nursing.
