鼻咽癌相关基因6在结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌相关基因6(NGX6)在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与结肠癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法应用实时定量聚合酶链反应和免疫组织化学方法检测26例结肠癌组织及对应癌旁正常组织中NGX6的表达,并分析NGX6表达与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 NGX6蛋白在结肠癌组织和正常结肠组织中的阳性表达率分别为15.4%(4/26)和100.0%(26/26),结肠癌组织中NGX6蛋白的阳性表达率显著低于正常结肠组织(P<0.01)。NGX6蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤组织类型、Ducks分期、淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05),而与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.01),分化程度越高,NGX6的表达水平越高。NGX6 mRNA在结肠癌组织和正常结肠组织中的表达分别为1.983±0.479和2.741±1.245,NGX6 mRNA在结肠癌组织中的表达显著低于正常结肠组织(P<0.05)。结论 NGX6与结肠癌的发生发展有关,NGX6可以作为评估结肠癌进展程度的一种指标。Objective To explore the expression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma associated gene 6（ NGX6） in colon carcinoma tissues and its relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of colon carcinoma. Methods Expression of NGX6 in 26 cases of colon carcinoma tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissue was detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemical method. And the relationship between NGX6 expression and clinicopathological features of colon carcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of NGX6 in colon carcinoma tissues and normal colonic tissues was 15. 4%（ 4 /26） and 100. 0%（ 26 /26） respectively,the positive expression rate of NGX6 in colon carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in normal colonic tissues（ P〈0. 01）. The expression of NGX6 protein in colon carcinoma tissues was not correlated to sex,age,histological types of tumor,Ducks staging and lymph node metastasis（ P〉0. 05）; but it was related to the degree of tumor differentiation（ P〈0. 01）. With the increasing of the degree of tumor differentiation,the NGX6 expression was more. The expression of NGX6 mRNA in colon carcinoma tissues and normal colonic tissues was 1. 983 ± 0. 479 and 2. 741 ± 1. 245 respectively,the expression of NGX6 mRNA in colon carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in normal colonic tissues（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion NGX6 is related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer. NGX6 can be used as an index to evaluate the degree of colon cancer progression.
