康复训练跟踪指导在舌癌术后优质护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨康复训练跟踪指导在舌癌术后优质护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年9月实施康复训练跟踪指导的舌癌患者20例作为观察组，另选取我院2012年8月至2013年12月实施常规护理的舌癌患者20例作为对照组，比较两组的康复知识掌握情况、康复积极性、康复效果以及生活幸福感。结果观察组的康复训练知识的掌握率高于对照组，在康复训练的需求程度、配合程度、依从程度等康复积极性方面的得分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。观察组3个月后的语音清晰度得分高于对照组，生活幸福水平优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论康复训练跟踪指导能够提高舌癌患者出院后的康复训练积极性，改善康复效果，增强生活幸福感。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation training guidance on high quality nursing for tongue cancer patients. Methods A total of 20 cases of tongue cancer patients with rehabilitation training guidance were chosen as the observation group （ from January 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital ） , and another 20 cases treated with the routine nursing were taken as the control group （ from August 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital） . The mastery of the recovery training knowledge, rehabilitation initiative, rehabilitation effect and life happiness of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery training knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group;the level of demand, degree of cooperation and compliance of rehabilitation training of the observation group were better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . After 3 months＇ guidance, the score of speech articulation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; the life happiness of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions Rehabilitation training guidance can improve the rehabilitation training＇s enthusiasm of tongue cancer patients after discharge and improve the rehabilitation effect, and enhance the sense of happiness.
