摘　　要：在过去的30年间,师徒制的研究越来越受到学术界、企业界和教育界的关注。师徒关系研究已经积累了大量文献,主要集中在青少年师徒关系、学生-教师师徒关系和工作场所师徒关系三个领域。本文通过综述三个领域师徒关系的研究现状,试图将分散的研究进行整合,为学者们提供更加丰富和广泛的理论研究视角,并为企业实践提供理论依据和指导。Over the past 30 years, research regarding mentoring relationships has been drawn more and more attention by scholars, practitioners and educators. Numerous literatures on youth mentoring, student-faculty mentoring and workplace mantoring have been accumulated. The article is a brief exploration into the literatures on mentoring of the three domains, aiming to integrate the widely dispersed literatures. Potential future directions to enrich the study of mentoring are described.
