p53凋亡刺激蛋白抑制因子表达水平与鼻咽癌临床病理学特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨p53凋亡刺激蛋白抑制因子(iASPP)表达水平与鼻咽癌临床病理学特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测iASPP在62例鼻咽癌患者鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,比较不同临床病理特征者的iASPP表达情况。结果 62例患者中iASPP阳性表达者44例(71.0%),阴性表达者18例(29.0%)。不同性别、年龄、病理分型、T分期和临床分期患者的i ASPP阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),而不同N分期患者的iASPP阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。N分期与iASPP阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.368,P=0.003)。结论鼻咽癌患者的N分期与i ASPP阳性表达有关,iASPP的表达水平有可能成为鼻咽癌预后的预测指标。Objective To explore the relationship between expression level of inhibitory member of the apoptosis stimulating protein of p53 family （iASPP） and clinicopathological features in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of iASPP in the carcinoma tissues of 62 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The clinicopathological features were compared among the patients with different expressions of iASPP. Results Of 62 patients, positive expression of iASPP was observed in 44 patients （71.0%）, and negative expression in 18 patients （29.0%）. No significant difference in the positive expression rate of iASPP was found among the patients with different genders, ages, pathological types, T stages or clinical stages （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But there was significant difference in the positive expression rate of iASPP among the patients with different N stages（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression rate of iASPP positively correlated with N stage （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion N stage correlates with the positive expression of iASPP in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, iASPP expression level may be a prognostic predictor of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
