摘  要:目的:评价思维导图在实习护生职业安全防护培训中的应用效果。方法:运用思维导图方法对2014年7-10月我院妇产科82名新进科实习护生进行职业安全防护培训,采用自制职业安全防护问卷,在培训前后对实习护生进行测评,培训后调查实习护生对思维导图培训的满意度。结果:实习护生培训前后职业防护认知情况测评中,接触病人的血液、体液或被血液、体液污染的物品时必须采取防护措施比较结果,差异无统计学意义(P 〉0.05),其余10个项目评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P 〈0.05)。结论:采用思维导图对实习护生进行职业安全培训,可提高实习护生的职业安全防护水平,增强实习护生职业安全意识,可有效减少职业伤害的发生率。Objective:To evaluate application effects of mind mapping in occupational safety and protection training for practice student nurses. Methods:Mind mapping method was applied in occupational safety and protection training for 82 new practice student nurses in our obstetrics and gynecology depart-ment from July to October in 2014. Self - designed questionnaire about occupational safety and protection was employed to assess practice student nurses be-fore and after training. Practice student nurses were investigated about their satisfaction degree with mind mapping training. Results:According to assess-ments of cognition states of occupational safety and protection before and after training,respective safety and protection measures adopted before and after training when touching blood or body fluids of patients or handling things contaminated by blood or body fluids of patients were compared,the difference had no statistical significance(P 〉 0. 05). As for the comparison results of the rest 10 items scored,the differences had statistical significances( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Mind mapping method adopted during occupational safety and protection training for practice student nurses can improve occupational safety and protection level of practice student nurses,enhance their awareness about occupational safety and reduce occupational injury effectively.
