摘 要:本研究以两个不同团队(A、B组)为研究对象分别进行两次沙盘演练,其中团队B在两次沙盘演练时团队组成成员变化大。结果显示,团体沙盘对A组具有促进作用,B组的启示是:当团队成员变化时,团队将呈现出新的团队动力。This paper investigated the application of sandplay on team construction by using group sandplay. This research with two different teams(A and B) as the object were two respectively sandplays, which the B team in two sandplays was composed of different group members. The results showed that the group sandplay has a promoting effect on group A. The enlightenment of B Group is that when team members change, the team will present a new team dynamic.
