摘　　要：以调研组成员的身份对教育部中体协与大体协组织的2015CSSF-NBA与2015FUSC-NBA篮球教练员培训工作进行现场调研,在此基础上,对参加两次培训工作的337名中学生篮球教练员和大学生篮球教练员就NBA教练授课特点进行问卷调查,并对他们进行深度访谈,归纳总结出NBA教练的授课特点:1)NBA教练授课的整体思维集中体现了篮球运动的本质规律;2)NBA教练善于激励运动员在训练中保持激情;3)NBA教练授课注重细节,在细节中提高运动员的综合素质。As a member of the research group of the ministry of education in 2015 CSSF-NBA and 2015 FUSC-NBA basketball coaches training work on-site survey, and on this basis, the 337 Basketball coaches take part in the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview about the NBA coaches teaching characteristics, summed up the NBA coaches teaching characteristics： First, the NBA coaches overall thinking of teaching embodies a concentrated reflection of the essence of Basketball principle; Second, the NBA coaches are good at motivating athletes in training to maintain passion; Third, the NBA coaches pay attention to the details, improving the comprehensive quality of the athletes in the details.
