摘　　要：Q345B热轧窄带钢在使用中存在冷弯裂纹、冷轧开裂等缺陷。通过对断口分析,得出夹杂物含量高是产生裂纹的主要原因,通过提高炼钢、连铸工艺控制,使问题得以解决。There are some defects such as cold bending cracks and cold rolling cracking existing in the u- sing process of hot-rolled narrow strip Q345 B. The fracture analysis was carried out and the result showed that the high content of inclusions was the main cause leading to crack initiation, then through improving the steelmaking and continuous casting process control, the problems were solved.
