摘  要:古代琉璃构件胎体烧成温度是其烧制工艺的重要参数之一,提高烧成温度测量精确度对古代琉璃构件科技内涵的揭示以及科技保护方法的建立有着重要意义。本文以北京门头沟古都国华琉璃瓦厂的琉璃坯体为研究对象,将坯体在实验电炉中按照特定烧成制度进行模拟烧制处理;利用热膨胀仪测定烧制后胎体的曲线峰值温度,探讨特定烧制制度下实际烧成温度和保温时间对热膨胀仪测定的曲线峰值温度的影响,拟通过以上研究,减少因实际烧制制度不同而造成热膨胀法判定烧成温度实验误差,提高热膨胀法测定古代琉璃构件胎体烧成温度的精确度。The firing temperature is the importaant parameters of firing technology, of ancient architectural glazed tile. The improved of this methods precision have import,ant value m reveal the technology connotation and set up protection method of the ancient glazed tile. The green bodies of glazed tile all from Gudu guaohua glazed tile factory at Mentougou in Beijing were researched, this green bodies were fired at special firing schedule in electric fumace first, and the peak temperature of this fired bodies were tested using thermal dilatometer; Trough comparing to the value of original firing temperature and peak temperature, the change rule of peak temperature influenced by the original firing temperature and soak time were studied. In order to decrease the error of thermal expansion method from original firing temperature and soak time. so as to improve the precision on determination of firing temperature of the ancient glazed tile bodies by thermal expansion method.
