绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术与电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术与电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤效果。方法抽取我院接收的64例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者,根据手术方式分组,各32例。对照组行经尿道电切术,研究组行绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术。对比两组手术情况及预后效果。结果研究组手术时间(29.1±4.0)min长于对照组(24.0±3.2)min,术中出血量(151.2±53.9)ml、住院时间(3.0±1.0)d、并发症发生率6.3%、1年后复发率9.4%优于对照组的(369.1±72.2)ml、(5.6±1.7)d、28.1%、31.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用绿激光膀胱肿瘤剜除术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者可减少出血量及住院时间,降低复发率与并发症发生率。Objective To explore the green laser bladder tumor enucleation and transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor effect. Methods 64 cases of superficial bladder tumor patients in our hospital were selected,according to the operation method,they were divided into two groups,32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with transurethral resection,the study group was used green laser enucleation in bladder cancer. The operation and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time was（29.1＆#177;4）minutes in the study group,which was longer than that in the control group（24＆#177;3.2）minutes,intraoperative blood loss（151.2＆#177;53.9）ml,hospital stay（3＆#177;1） d,the incidence of complications 6.3%,1 years after the recurrence rate of 9.4% was better than the control group（369.1＆#177;72.2）ml,（5.6＆#177;1.7）d, 28.1%,31.3%,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion The green laser vaporization of bladder tumor enucleation surgery in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor patients can reduce the amount of bleeding and hospitalization time,reduce the recurrence rate and complication rate.
