光固化氢氧化钙封闭根尖孔在短残根桩冠修复的应用体会

摘　　要：目的应用光固化氢氧化钙盖髓材料代替常规根管充填材料封闭短残根根尖孔以获得充足根管内长度,通过纤维桩冠修复并观察其临床效果。方法选用36例前牙及前磨牙圆形或椭圆形单根管的短残根,经氢氧化钙根充观察无症状后,根管预备至根尖孔部,用少量钙思莫光固化氢氧化钙盖髓材料封闭根尖孔,再行纤维桩核瓷牙修复。结果修复后经2年内临床观察除2例病例出现桩根松动脱落及根尖周症状,其余状况良好。结论应用光固化氢氧化钙盖髓材料可以较好地封闭根尖孔,为纤维桩修复提供更多的根内长度,有利于短残根的桩冠修复。ObjectiveTo investigate using light curing calcium hydroxide pulp capping materials instead of conventional root canal filing material to close apical foramen for maximizing clinical results of fiber posts in the root canal length short root crown.MethodsChose 36 cases of circular or oval anterior teeth and of single root canal and short residual roots of premolar. After observation of asymptomatic with calcium hydroxide root filing,prepare root canals to the apical foramen portion with a smal amount of Calcimol LC pulp capping materials to close apical foramen,and then restore ceramic teeth core fiber posts.ResultsAfter restoration in 2 years,a smal number of cases of post fal off and periapical symptoms,the remainders were in good condition.ConclusionThe light curing calcium hydroxide pulp capping material can close apical foramen better,providing more root length of fiber post,which is good for short pile root crown.
