西黄胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期乳腺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究西黄胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期乳腺癌的治疗效果。方法 100例确诊为中晚期乳腺癌的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,应用西黄胶囊联合化疗治疗实验组,仅应用化疗治疗对照组,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗效果好于对照组,生存时间长于对照组,且不良反应少于对照组。结论西黄胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期乳腺癌时,能够提高治疗效果,延长患者的生存时间,减少不良反应。Objective To observe the curative effect of Xihuang Capsules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced breast cancer.Methods 100 cases diagnosed in middle and advanced breast cancer patients randomly divided into experimental group and control＆amp;nbsp;group,applied Xihuang Capsules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of experimental group,only with chemotherapy in the treatment of the control group,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group ,the survival time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group, and the adverse reaction was less than that of the control group.ConclusionXihuang Capsules combined with chemotherapy in treatment of middle and advanced breast cancer can improve the therapeutic effect,prolong the survival time of the patients and reduce the adverse reactions.
