摘  要:目的探讨Seminar教学法在本科老年康复护理教学中的应用效果,以提高学生的学习能力和实践能力。方法将2014级本科护生老年康复护理学课程为两组授课,实验组采用Seminar教学法,对照组采用传统教学法教学。课程完成后采用理论考试、临床实践及调查问卷形式评估教学效果。结果采用Seminar教学法授课的学生理论考试成绩高于传统教学法授课的学生成绩(P<0.01),技能操作考试实验组成绩也高于对照组(P<0.01)。Seminar教学法可以提高学习兴趣、提高自学能力、帮助掌握重要知识点;培养团队精神和帮助学会查阅文献。结论大部分学生认为Seminar教学比传统教育优良,收获很大,有助于扩大知识范围,有利于科研思维的培养和基础知识的掌握。传统授课方式基础上结合Seminar教学法,教学效果优于单独传统授课方式。Objective To investigate the effect of seminar teaching model in geriatric rehabilitation nursing undergraduate teaching, to improve students' learning ability and practical ability. Methods 2014 undergraduate nursing students geriatric rehabilitation nursing courses taught in two groups, the experimental group seminar teaching, the control group using traditional teaching methods of teaching. After completion of the course theoretical exam, clinical practice and the survey questionnaire to assess teaching effectiveness. Results Teaching seminar taught students test scores higher than traditional teaching theory taught student achievement (P〈0.01), the operating skills test scores in the experimental group was also significantly higher (P〈0.01). Teaching seminar can increase interest in learning, improve self-learning ability, to help master the important points;learn teamwork and help literature. Conclusion The majority of students believe that good education than traditional teaching seminar, learned a lot, help expand the scope of knowledge, scientific thinking is conducive to master the basic knowledge and culture. Seminar teaching method based on combining traditional teaching methods, teaching is better than traditional teaching methods alone.
