低温胁迫及恢复对茄子幼苗活性氧代谢和渗透调节物质含量的影响  

Effects of Low Temperature Stress and Recovery on Reactive Oxygen Metabolism and Osmotic Adjustment Substance Contents in Eggplant Seedlings

摘　　要：以耐低温性不同的两个茄子品种为材料,研究了低温胁迫及恢复对茄子幼苗活性氧代谢和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:低温胁迫使茄子幼苗叶片的MDA含量、O2-·产生速率和H2O2含量升高,使SOD、POD、CAT、APX、DHAR和GR的活性,以及As A、GSH、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质的含量增加;在恢复2 d后,MDA含量、O2-·产生速率和H2O2含量均呈下降趋势,其他10个指标升高或者降低,但均高于对照的;耐低温材料前3个指标的值均低于低温敏感材料的,后10个指标的值均高于低温敏感材料的;耐低温材料前3个指标的上升幅度均小于低温敏感材料的,而后10个指标则反之。以上结果说明,低温胁迫影响了茄子幼苗活性氧和渗调物质的正常代谢,但耐低温材料可以通过调节自身的保护系统减轻低温胁迫的伤害。The experiment was carried out to study the effect of low temperature stress on the reactive oxygen species metabolism and osmoticum content of two different low temperature resistance eggplant cultivars. The results showed that MDA contents,O2-· producing rate and H2O2 contents,activities of SOD,POD,CAT,APX,DHAR and GR,contents of As A and GSH,proline and soluble protein were increased compared to the control. After 2 days＇ recovery,MDA contents,O2-· producing rate and H2O2 contents were decreased,while the last 10 indexes either increased or decreased but higher than the control. The content of the first 3 indexes of the low temperature resistant materials were lower than those of cold-sensitive materials,and the later 10 indexes were all higher than those of cold-tolerant materials. And the increase ranges of the first 3 indexes of cold-sensitive materials were larger than those of cold-tolerant materials,while the trends of the last 10 indexes were the contrary. All these proved that low temperature stress influenced normal metabolism of reactive oxygen species and osmoticum of eggplant seedlings,while cold-tolerant plants could adjust themselves by regulating protective enzyme system.
