摘  要:为进一步认识级配变化对粗集料间隙率VCA的影响,采用振动压实方式对连续密级配粗集料部分以振动频率和振动时间作为试验参数进行试验研究,试验采用16次均匀设计方案.试验结果及回归分析表明,连续密级配矿料空隙率的大小主要取决于矿料自身性质(粒径、几何形状、表面性质),级配变化对空隙率的影响最大幅值不超过3%,无法通过调整级配而使矿料空隙率或沥青混合料矿料间隙率(VMA)发生较大改变.通过试验研究证实了采用振动压实试验进行粗集料间隙率研究的方法是可行的.In order to further understand of the effect of coarse aggregate gradation variation on the clearance rate of VCA, the vibration compaction method is applied to experimentally investigate the continuous dense gradation of coarse aggregate part with the vibration frequency and time as the test parameters. The experiment adopts 16 times of uniform design scheme. The test results and regres- sion analysis indicate that the size of continuous dense gradation of aggregate voids in mineral aggregate mainly depends on its properties such as the particle size, geometry and surface properties. The effect of gradation variation on the maximum amplitude of void fraction is less than 3 % and it cannot cause large variation of the mineral void or asphalt mixture voids by adjusting the gradation. It is proved to be feasible to use the vibration compaction test method to study the rough set material clear- ance rate.
