矩阵针灸治疗突发性耳聋45例

摘　　要：目的：观察矩阵针灸治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法：将90例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各45例。2组均给予药物及高压氧常规治疗。观察组同时给予矩阵针灸治疗。2组均连续治疗1个月后观察临床疗效及治疗前后听力变化情况。结果：痊愈率观察组、对照组分别为66.67%、51.11%,总有效率观察组、对照组分别为97.78%、88.89%,2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。0.25~4 k Hz各频率2组听力比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：矩阵针灸治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe therapeutic effects of matrix acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods： Ninety patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group, and they were given herbs and hyperbaric oxygen routine treatment. The observation group accepted matrix acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness. One month was one course of the treatment. Clinical effects of both groups and audition changes were observed before and after treating. Results： Cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 66.67% and 51.11%, and the difference presented statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Total effective rates of both groups were 97.78% and 88.89% respectively, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of different frequencies from 0.25 to 4 k Hz between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Matrix acupuncture is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness.
