摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的护理方法。方法:对行PVP治疗的38例老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者给予术前、术中、术后等围手术期护理,观察手术情况。结果:38例患者均成功实施PVP,无并发症发生,随访满意。结论:通过围手术期护理干预,能减轻行PVP治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者的痛苦,预防术后并发症的发生,提高随访满意度。Objective： To study the nursing method of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the elderly treated by Percutaneous Vertebroplasty（PVP）. Methods： All 38 cases treated with PVP were given perioperative nursing, such as preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care and the operative courses were observed. Results：38 cases were all implemented PVP successfully. No complications occurred and the follow-up results were satisfactory. Conclusion： The nursing interference in the perioperative period can relieve the pain of patients when the elderly with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were treated by PVP, prevent the postoperative complication and improve the follow-up satisfaction.
