摘　　要：目的探讨T-钙黏蛋白（CDH13）基因甲基化在肺癌发生中的作用及其影响因素。方法采用甲基化特异性聚合酶链反应（MSP）检测CDH13基因在肺癌组织中异常甲基化的水平，探讨CDH13基因在56例肺癌组织、56例癌旁组织标本和20例非肺癌良性肺切除组织标本中的表达及临床意义，研究CDH13基因异常甲基化与肺癌的相关性。结果在肺癌组织中CDH13基因甲基化率明显高于癌旁组织和非肺癌良性肺切除组织，甲基化率分别为33．9％、8．9％、5．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。CDH13基因异常甲基化与CDH13的表达水平呈负相关（r=-0．490，P〈0．05）。CDH13基因启动子区5’端CpG岛甲基化导致了CDH13的表达下调。结论CDH13基因甲基化的发生具有肿瘤特异性，并且与肺癌患者的病理生理改变密切相关。Objective To explore the function of T- cadherin （CDH13） gene methylation in the pathogenesis of lung cancer and the influencing factors. Methods The methylation specific polymerease chain reaction （MSP） was applied to detect abnormal methylation levels of the gene in lung cancer tissues. The clinical significance of the expression of CDH13 gene was explored in 56 cases of lung cancer tissue samples, 56 cases of para - carcinoma tissue samples and 20 cases of benign pulmonary resection tissue of non- lung cancer as control group, and the correlation between the abnormal gene methylation and lung cancer was analyzed. Results The rate of CDH13 gene methylation in lung cancer tissue samples was sig- nificantly higher than that in the tissue samples of para - carcinoma tissue and the benign pulmonary resec- tion tissue of non - lung cancer, with the methylation rate being 33.9%, 8.9% and 5.0% respectively （P 〈 0.05）. The abnormal methylation of CDH13 gene showed a negative correlation with its expression level （ r = - 0. 490, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The promoter region of 5＇ - CpG island methylation in CDH13 gene led to the downregulation of its expression. Conclusion The occurrence of CDH13 gene methylation is tumor - specific, and is closely related to the DathoDhvsiolozv of ]unz cancer r）atients.
