通用转录因子3在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测食管鳞状细胞癌中通用转录因子3（BTF3）的表达，并探讨其临床意义。方法收集85例食管鳞状细胞癌和15例正常组织，免疫组织化学检测BTF3蛋白表达，并分析其与临床资料的相关性。结果BTF3在食管鳞状细胞癌中较正常组织升高（62％比0％；P〈0．01）；在低分化食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达高于高分化鳞状细胞癌（79％比54％，P〈0．05）；BTF3表达强度在肿瘤Ⅲ和Ⅳ期明显高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ期（74％比46％，P〈0．01）。结论BTF3在食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。通过对该基因的检测，可以为食管鳞癌患者的治疗和预后提供一定的参考依据。Objective Purpose To detect basic transcription factor 3 （BTF3） expression in squa- mous cell carcinoma of esophagus and analyzed its relationships with clinicopathological variables. Meth- ods The expression of BTF3 was determinated in 85 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 15 cases of normal tissue by immunohistochemistry and analyzed its relationships with clinicopathological variables. Results Our results showed that BTF3 expression significantly increased from normal tissue to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （62% vs. 0% ; P 〈 0.01 ）. Cancers with worse differentiation had a higher expression than those with better differentiation （79% vs. 54% ;P 〈0. 05）. BTF3 also showed stronger staining in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ （74% vs. 46% ;P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion BTF3 may play an important role in the malignant tumorigenesis and pro- gression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Detecting the expression of BTF3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma can provide some information in the treatment and predicting the prognosis.
