摘　　要：目的探讨配对相关同源框1（Prrxl）表达基因在不同胰腺组织的表达及临床意义。方法收集诊断明确的80例胰腺癌组织、10例慢性胰腺炎组织以及8例正常胰腺组织，采用免疫组织化学方法探究Prrxl表达，并分析与胰腺癌临床参数相关性。结果免疫组织化学检测显示，Prrxl在胰腺癌组织中阳性表达为52．5％（42／80）、高于正常胰腺组织的12．5％（1／8）和慢性胰腺炎组织的20．0％（2／10）。进一步分析显示，Prrxl蛋白高表达与胰腺癌患者年龄、肿瘤脉管淋巴管侵犯、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及5年生存率明显相关（P〈0．05），而与患者性别、肿瘤位置、分化程度及肿瘤的浸润深度无明显相关（P〉0．05）。结论Prrxl与胰腺癌侵袭转移明显相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of paired homologous box 1 gene expression in different pancreatic tissues. Methods Eighty cases of pancreatic cancer （ PC ）, 10 cases of chronic pancreatitis （CP） and 8 cases of normal pancreatic tissue （NP） were collected and di- agnosed. After paired - related homeobox 1 （ Prrxl ） protein was detected by immunohistochemical method, the correlation between expression of Prrxl and clinical parameters of PC was studied. Results The posi- tive expression rate of Prrxl in PC was 52. 5% （42/80）, which was higher than that 12. 5% （1/8） in NP, and 20. 0% （1/10） in CP. High expression of Prrxl protein was associated with age, tumor vascular invasion, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and 5 - year survival rate of patients with PC （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. However, Prrxl protein was not associated with sex, tumor location, differentiation degree and depth of tumor invasion （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Prrxl is associated with invasion and metastasis of PC.
