摘  要:研究了高级厌氧消化处理对污泥脱水性能的影响以及不同调理条件下高级厌氧消化污泥的深度脱水效果,优选了适用于高级厌氧消化污泥的深度脱水调理技术。结果表明,经高级厌氧消化处理后污泥的有机物含量降低,颗粒粒径变小,脱水性能变差;对于高级厌氧消化污泥,采用石灰单独调理、石灰与铁盐复合调理均无法实现板框压滤深度脱水,而采用石灰与PAM复合调理、铁盐与PAM复合调理则可实现深度脱水,脱水泥饼含水率可降至60%以下。因此,已有深度脱水设施在处理高级厌氧消化污泥时,需要对调理方式进行调整。The effect of advanced anaerobic digestion treatment on dewaterability of sewage sludge as well as the dewatering performance of sludge treated by advanced anaerobic digestion under different conditioning conditions were investigated, and the preferable conditioning technology for the deep dewate- ring of sludge was selected. The results indicated that after advanced anaerobic digestion treatment, the content of organic matter in sludge was decreased, the particle diameter became smaller, and the dewa- terability became worse. Neither lime conditioning nor lime and ferric composite conditioning could a- chieve plate-frame filter press deep dewatering of sludge treated by advanced anaerobic digestion, while lime and PAM composite conditioning as well as iron and PAM composite conditioning could achieve the deep dewatering, and the water content of dewatered sludge cake could be reduced to below 60%. As for the existing deep dewatering facilities, the conditioning method should be changed in the treatment of sludge after advanced anaerobic digestion.
