论大学生创业指导中运用教练技术的问题意识

摘　　要：教练技术是一种通过完善心智模式来认知问题、发展潜能、提升效率的管理技术。在运用教练技术开展创业指导时,教练技术关涉者总会圈定于自身的领地,使创业指导中的真实问题得以隐匿。为把创业指导与真实问题、教练与大学生创业者连接起来,应当通过一种合作共同体的形式共同建构操练范式,要求关涉者在选择与解决创业指导问题时,树立微观化的问题对象、目标向下的问题视角、不确定的问题边界等意识。The technique of coaching is a management skill aimed at recognizing problems, developing potentials and improving efficiency through perfecting mental models. In application of coaching technique for entrepreneurial guidance, the parties concerned （namely, the coach and college students） are always confined in their own domain, resulting in a concealment of true problems. Hence, a paradigm in the form of cooperative coaching should be established to connect entrepreneurial guidance and true problems, coaches and college students. The parties concerned are supposed to develop a sense of microscopic problem object, target-downward problem perspective, and uncertain problem boundary.
