摘　　要：随着广西社会经济的发展,迫切需要卫生管理人才,但同时对人才的素质提出了更高的要求。本文通过对广西卫生事业管理人才培养的现状进行分析,并有针对性地提出相应的对策,为建立适合广西发展的卫生事业管理人才培养模式提供基础。With the economic development in Guangxi, it is in urgent demand for health management talents and the society puts forward higher requirements for those talents. This paper analyses the present situation of personnel training of health management in Guangxi, and has pointed proposed countermeasures. It could provide the foundation for establishment of the personnel training mode of health management for Guangxi.
