摘 要:本文以纳米SiO2原浆为改性剂,通过正交实验优化涂层性能主要影响,制备出了改性后的水性uV固化木器涂层。并对涂层的硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度等力学性能和光泽度进行了测试。发现当原浆中纳米SiOz的含量为3%,烘箱温度为20-30℃,干燥lmin,打开2盏uv灯,水性uV固化木器涂层的硬度、附着力和冲击强度较好。但是当烘箱温度高于40℃时涂层的力学性能反而下降。光泽度结果表明,水性uV固化涂层的光泽度随烘箱升高而下降。当烘箱温度超过30℃时,涂层光泽度呈现亚光。The modified water-borne uhraviolet (UV)-curable wood coatings were produced by nanosizeSiO2 puree with optimized process parameters. The mechanical properties such as hardness, adhesion andresistance impact strength and gloss of coating were measured. It was found that when the SiO2 contentwas 3%, the oven temperature was 20 - 30℃, the dry time was 1 min, and UV lamp was 2, the water-borne UV wood coatings had good hardness, adhesion and impact strength. However, the mechanical prop-erties of coatings decreased when the oven temperature was higher than 40℃. The gloss testing resultsshowed that the gloss of water-borne UV cured coating decreased with the oven temperature. When the ov-en temperature exceeds 30℃, the gloss value of coating appeared matte.
