摘　　要：足三里穴是临床应用较为广泛的穴位之一,操作简便且疗效显著。本研究列举古代相关文献对足三里穴的描述,并从分子生物学研究、影像学研究、代谢组学研究和基因组学研究总结了有关足三里穴的现代作用机制,列举了该穴在消化道、呼吸系统、术后并发症等相关疾病中的治疗,为临床工作者提供参考。Zusanli （ST36） is one of the most widely used acupoint in clinic. In this paper, the author reviews the clinical application of Zusanli（ST36） in the ancient literatures of Chinese medicine and modem experiments in molecular biology research, imaging studies, metabolism and genomic studies. The paper wants to provide a reference for clinical staff. The paper lists the clinical research on Zusanli （ST36） in the digestive tract, respiratory system, postoperative complications and other related cases. Further summary and more standard researches about its efficiency and clinical indication should be conducted in the future.
