摘 要:随着铁路、公路的发展,隧道施工技术日趋成熟,长距离、大断面的隧道设计越来越多,用来施工隧道的二衬台车也要不断革新优化来满足更高要求的设计和施工。本文针对杭黄铁路项目三阳乡隧道断面型号多、尺寸变化大(断面加宽W=0、40、120(150)、340、550 cm)的实际情况,设计一台顶模加宽、旋转顶模、更换顶模与加宽门架相互组合的综合台车,来满足三阳乡隧道多断面的衬砌施工。With the development of railway and highway,the tunnel construction technology is gradually growing up,and the tunnel design of long distance and large cross-section is increasing,thus the second lining trolley used for tunnel construction needs to be continuously innovated and optimized to meet the higher demands design and construction. Aiming at the actual situation of multi-section and great variation in size( section widening W = 0 cm,40 cm,120( 150) cm,340 cm,550 cm) of Sanyangxiang Tunnel section in Hangzhou-Huangshan Railway project,a comprehensive tunnel lining trolley is designed in combination with the top mold widening,rotating top mold,replacing the top mold and widening the door frame,it can meet the demand of Sanyangxiang Tunnel's multi-section lining construction.
