摘 要:研究开发一种曲面印刷机的自动送料叠料计数系统,适应曲面印刷机多材质、多规格形状圆柱或圆锥形承印件传输的需要。送料装置传料头的安装精度高,便于高速送料。送料装置和接料装置的位置调节机构、承印件直径调节机构,可在不停机状态下快速、准确、同步完成调节,有效地减少操作环节,提高工作效率。接料装置的接料压料凸轮以其特殊的构造并配合成品叠料通道和接料送料槽装置设计,解决了直径大于高度的承印件自动接料叠料难题。成品叠料通道和接料送料槽装置的可调弹性校正装置保证了承印件不意外下滑、倒翻。送料槽装置在驱动装置的驱动下,推料槽板通过摆动交替地形成水平状态和倾斜状态,解决了接料装置和收料装置之间衔接问题。Research and development of a curved surface printing machine automatic feeding and counting system,to adapt to the surface printing machine,multi material,multi specification shape cylindrical or conical substrate transmission needs. Installation of precision feeding device for transmission mechanism of high speed feeding. The position adjusting mechanism of the feeding device and the receiving device and the adjusting mechanism of the printing piece diameter can be quickly,accurately and synchronously under the condition of no stopping machine, and can effectively reduce the operation link and improve the working efficiency. The material feeding cam of the receiving device is designed with the special structure of the finished product material feeding channel and the material feeding trough device,which solves the problem that the automatic material feeding and stacking problem of the printing piece with a diameter larger than the height is solved. The adjustable elastic correcting device of the finished product stack channel and the feeding trough device ensures that the printing piece does not fall unexpectedly,reverse and turn over. The feeding trough plate is driven by the driving device to form a horizontal state and an inclined state through the swing alternately,and the connection problem between the receiving device and the receiving device is solved.
