LASIK术后糖皮质激素相关屈光回退的影响因素观察

摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后糖皮质激素滴眼相关的屈光回退的影响因素。方法 53例LASIK术后有激素相关的屈光回退患者作为观察组,106例无屈光回退患者作为对照组,分析影响屈光回退的相关因素。结果观察组高度近视14例(26.4%)、不注意滴药18例(34.0%)、滴药后闭眼时间不足5 min 21例(39.6%),对照组高度近视12例(11.3%)、不注意滴药20例(18.9%)、滴药后闭眼时间不足5 min 19例(17.9%),两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高度近视、不注意滴药和滴药后闭眼时间不足可能导致LASIK手术后糖皮质激素滴眼相关的屈光回退,注意这些因素可能有利于预防LASIK术后激素相关的屈光回退。Objective To investigate influencing factors of glucocorticoid-related refractive regression after laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）. Methods There were 53 patients with hormone-related refractive regression after LASIK as observation group, another 106 patients without refractive regression as control group. Related influencing factors of refractive regression were analyzed. Results There were 14 cases（26.4%） with high myopia, 18 cases（34.0%） with careless dripping and 21 cases（39.6%） with eye closing time under 5 min after dripping in the observation group, while the control group had 12 cases（11.3%） with high myopia, 20 cases（18.9%） with careless dripping and 5 cases（17.9%） with eye closing time under 5 min after dripping. The differences all had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Glucocorticoid-related refractive regression after LASIK may by induced by high myopia, careless dripping, and insufficient eye closing time after dripping. Paying attention on these factors is helpful for preventing hormone-related refractive regression after LASIK.
