摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤相关糖蛋白-72(TAG-72)在卵巢癌组织中的表达与意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测50例卵巢癌及20例正常卵巢组织中TAG-72的表达情况,并结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果 TAG-72在卵巢癌组织中的表达率(26.0%)明显高于正常卵巢组织(0)(P<0.05),其表达与肿瘤临床分期、组织分化程度有关。结论 TAG-72的高表达与卵巢癌的发生、发展和生物学行为密切相关,因此其在卵巢癌的肿瘤标记与早期诊断方面具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate expression and significance of tumor-associated glycoprotein-72（TAG-72） in ovarian cancer tissue. Methods Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect expression of TAG-72 in 50 ovarian cancer tissues and 20 normal ovarian tissues, and analysis was made in combination with clinical pathological factors. Results TAG-72 showed higher expression rate in ovarian cancer tissues（26.0%） than in normal ovarian tissues（0）（P〈0.05）. The expression was related with tumor clinical stage and tissue differential degree. Conclusion High expression of TAG-72 is closely correlated with occurrence, development and biological behavior of ovarian cancer. Therefore, it contains important significance in mark and early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
